Terms and Conditions for Zorella Weddings

1. Acceptance of Terms & Formation of Contract

1.1 By accessing or using the Zorella Weddings website, client dashboard, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“the Terms”).

1.2 By saving your plan, you acknowledge and accept these Terms in full. Saving your plan records your acceptance of these Terms and forms the basis of your contract with Zorella Weddings. The contract becomes legally binding once the non-refundable retainer has been paid and acknowledged by Zorella Weddings. Until the retainer is paid, no booking is created and your date is not secured.

Marketing list on saving a Plan. By saving your Plan, you agree that you will be added to Zorella Weddings’ mailing list for promotional and marketing communications. You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us. This is separate from (and in addition to) essential service communications described in Section 10.1.

1.3 The Terms remain available in your client dashboard at all times. By using the Zorella client dashboard, submitting your plan, updating your details, or making any payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

1.4 Version Control & Applicable Terms

The Terms & Conditions displayed in your client dashboard at the time you save your plan or make your booking form the specific Terms that apply to your agreement with Zorella Weddings. These Terms take precedence over any updated versions later published on our public website.

Zorella Weddings may update its Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in services, processes, or legal requirements. However, any updates will not retroactively change the terms of an existing booking unless required by law or unless the updated Terms are sent to you in writing and expressly stated to apply to your existing booking.

Saving a plan does not create a booking or guarantee date availability. Only payment of the retainer secures your date.

1.5 Website & Dashboard Use

The Zorella Weddings website and client dashboard are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we take reasonable steps to maintain availability and security, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. Such suspensions will not normally affect your underlying booking, and we will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption.

1.6 Account Security & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login details confidential and secure;

  • Ensuring that only authorised individuals access your dashboard;

  • Notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to copy, modify, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the website or dashboard;

  • Use the site or dashboard in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful;

  • Attempt to manipulate, alter, bypass, or interfere with any displayed prices, invoices, discounts, or the Quote Engine outputs, or otherwise attempt to obtain services at an incorrect price;

  • Upload or transmit any harmful code (including viruses, malware, or similar);

  • Interfere with the proper operation of the website or dashboard.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to your account if we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, or security breach.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • “Client” means the person(s) entering into this Agreement with Zorella Weddings (usually the couple).

  • “Zorella”, “we”, “us”, “our” means Zorella Weddings.

  • “Zorella Artist” means the independent photographer, videographer, or other operative assigned to deliver your wedding coverage.

  • “Plan” means the specific service option, package or plan selected in your dashboard or booking documents.

  • “Add-On(s)” means any additional services or products selected alongside your Plan.

  • “Dashboard” means the Zorella Weddings online client portal where you can view and manage your booking.

  • “Retainer” means the initial non-refundable payment required to secure your date.

  • “Wedding Date” means the primary date on which services are to be provided, as shown in your Plan.

  • “Quote Engine” means the automated pricing and quotation tool within the Zorella website and/or Dashboard used to generate indicative or provisional pricing for a Plan and any Add-Ons based on user inputs.

3. Booking, Payments & Fees

3.1 Retainer (Non-Refundable)

To secure your date, a non-refundable retainer is required. Your booking is not confirmed until the retainer is paid. This retainer covers consultation time, administrative work, and exclusive reservation of your date.

Date Availability & Priority of Bookings

Saving a plan or viewing availability does not reserve a date. Your wedding date is only secured once the non-refundable retainer has been paid and acknowledged by Zorella Weddings. Until the retainer is received, your date remains open and may be booked by another couple without notice.

Clients are strongly advised to pay the retainer as soon as reasonably possible to avoid disappointment. Zorella Weddings is not liable if another couple secures your date before your retainer is paid.

Enquiry, Plan & Contact Details

If you submit an enquiry, save a plan, or begin a booking that does not proceed (for example, if you cancel, do not pay the retainer, or your preferred date is taken by another booking), we may retain your contact details and relevant plan information for our records and to assist you with any future enquiries. We do not delete these details automatically. You may request that we delete your information at any time, subject to any data we are required to keep for legal or accounting purposes, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

3.2 Commitment to Services

Once your retainer is paid, you are committed to the selected Plan and any Add-Ons. Requests to remove services after booking may incur a fee, and may not be possible if work or scheduling has already been carried out.

3.3 Final Balance

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before your wedding date, unless your invoice or Plan states otherwise.

3.4 Late Payments

If payment is not received by your due date:

  • Your booking may be treated as a late cancellation (see Section 4).

  • A £50 per week late fee may apply.

  • We may pause or refuse delivery of any products until all payments are cleared.

3.5 Add-On Availability

Add-Ons are subject to resource and personnel availability. If an Add-On cannot be fulfilled, you will receive a refund for that Add-On only.

3.6 Initial Confirmation & Resource Availability

Acceptance of your booking is subject to the continued availability of essential personnel. If an assigned operative becomes unavailable due to illness or emergency, we will attempt to secure a suitable replacement. If we cannot fulfil the full service, Section 4.4 (Zorella-Initiated Changes) applies.

3.7 Last-Minute Bookings & Surcharge

Weddings taking place within 14 days of the booking date (“Last-Minute Bookings”) require additional scheduling and preparation. Zorella Weddings reserves the right to apply a last-minute surcharge of up to 50% of the standard Plan price for any Last-Minute Booking. Any applicable surcharge will be clearly shown on your quote and/or invoice before you make payment of the retainer.

3.8 Consumer Rights & Cooling-Off

Our services relate to a specific event date and are categorised as “leisure services” tied to a specific date or period. As such, the usual 14-day cooling-off period under distance selling regulations will generally not apply to bookings once a date has been secured and work has begun.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law, including your right to services performed with reasonable care and skill.

3.9 Quote Engine, Pricing Errors & Price Integrity

a. Quote Engine outputs. Prices shown via the Quote Engine are generated automatically based on information entered and may be subject to verification.

b. Errors / incorrect values (manifest error). If any quote, invoice, Plan price, Add-On price, discount, fee, or calculation is incorrect due to a technical issue, system error, typographical error, or other mistake including a manifest error (i.e., an obvious pricing/calc error that a reasonable person would recognise as a mistake), Zorella Weddings reserves the right to correct the price and issue an updated invoice and/or Plan total.

c. Payment of corrected price. Where a correction increases the total amount payable, you agree to pay the difference promptly and in any event by the relevant due date (or within a reasonable period stated in our notice). Where a correction decreases the amount payable, we will apply a credit or refund (as appropriate).

d. Client option if correction is material. If a price correction is material (meaning a significant change to the total price, as reasonably determined by Zorella acting in good faith) and you do not wish to proceed at the corrected price, you may cancel the booking in writing (including by email) within 7 days of our correction notice, and we will refund any sums paid in respect of the booking (including the Retainer), less any non-recoverable third-party/payment processing fees, to the extent permitted by law. After that period, standard cancellation provisions apply.

e. Tampering / attempted manipulation. Any attempt to alter, manipulate, bypass, or interfere with displayed prices, invoices, discounts, or Quote Engine outputs (including by technical means, unauthorised code, or misuse of the Dashboard) is a material breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, Zorella may suspend access, void any affected quote, correct the price, and/or treat the matter as a cancellation or termination. You remain liable for the correct price and for any reasonable and proportionate administrative or recovery costs actually incurred by Zorella as a direct result of the breach (to the extent permitted by law).

4. Cancellations & Changes

4.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation

The Retainer is always non-refundable. Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

Fees apply as follows (based on the notice given before the Wedding Date):

  • More than 60 days before the wedding: Retainer + £50

  • Within 60 days: Retainer + 25% of total Plan price

  • Within 30 days: Full balance is due; no refund issued

Dashboard cancellation following non-payment (deposit paid). Where (i) the Retainer has been paid, (ii) the final balance payment due date has passed as stated on your invoice/Plan, and (iii) within 30 days after that due date the final balance remains unpaid, you may cancel your Plan via your Dashboard (where this functionality is available).

Any applicable cancellation fees under these Terms will automatically be applied. Cancellation will not be confirmed until all applicable cancellation fees and outstanding sums due (if any) have been paid. Once confirmed, you will receive an email confirming that your Plan has been cancelled.

For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation fees calculated as a percentage of the total Plan price will be calculated by reference to the corrected total Plan price under Section 3.9 (where applicable).

This Dashboard cancellation option is an additional mechanism and does not limit any other rights or remedies available to Zorella under these Terms for non-payment.

4.2 Client-Initiated Postponements / Date Changes

All requests to change the Wedding Date must be made in writing and are subject to availability.

Change of mind. If you change your mind and wish to cancel or alter your Plan at any time, you acknowledge that we cannot guarantee alternative dates, replacements, or amendments (particularly where scheduling and staffing have been allocated), and you may lose your Retainer and/or incur cancellation fees as set out in Section 4.1. We will use reasonable/best efforts to assist where we can, but no outcome is guaranteed.

a) Availability & New Date
We will use reasonable efforts to accommodate your requested new date, but cannot guarantee availability. If we are unavailable for the new date, your request will be treated as a cancellation (see Section 4.1).

b) Retainer on Postponement
Your Retainer may be transferred once to a new date, subject to availability and provided:

  • The new date is within 18 months of the original Wedding Date; and

  • Your account is up to date with payments due.

If you request additional date changes after the first transfer, we reserve the right to charge an additional administrative fee and/or treat the change as a cancellation and new booking.

c) Changes in Pricing
If your new Wedding Date falls under a different price list (for example, in a later calendar year), the current pricing at the time of the new date may apply. Any difference in price will be invoiced or credited accordingly.

d) Change of Venue / Location
If the new venue is significantly further away or requires additional travel or accommodation, additional charges may apply (see Section 13 – Travel & Expenses).

4.3 Client-Initiated Plan Changes

All changes must be requested in writing. Changes are not guaranteed and depend on our scheduling capacity, availability of Zorella Artists, and the nature of the requested change. Upgrades may be possible; downgrades or removal of services may incur a fee.

4.4 Zorella-Initiated Changes

We reserve the right to change your assigned Zorella Artist at any time where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond our control (including availability, illness, operational requirements, safety concerns, or scheduling). Where a change is required, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and will use reasonable efforts to appoint a suitable replacement of equivalent professional standard.

In rare circumstances, such as severe illness, emergency, or force majeure events, Zorella Weddings may need to modify or cancel your Plan.

We will always attempt to provide a suitable replacement operative of equivalent professional standard. If we must cancel the service in full and no replacement operative is available, you will receive a refund of all payments you have made in respect of that service.

If only part of the service cannot be delivered (for example, a specific Add-On), we will refund you for that part only.

Refunds and third-party/payment fees. Where we are unable to provide your wedding coverage due to logistics, safety, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control and no suitable replacement can be arranged, we will refund amounts paid for undelivered services; however, any non-recoverable third-party costs and/or payment processing fees which have been charged to us and are not refundable to us may be deducted from the refunded amount, to the extent permitted by law.

5. Force Majeure (Events Outside Our Control)

Zorella Weddings shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Illness or injury

  • Extreme weather

  • Accidents

  • Traffic delays or transport failures

  • Fire, flooding, or venue closures

  • Strikes or industrial action

  • National emergencies

  • Dangerous or unsafe conditions

  • Any circumstance making performance unsafe or impossible

We will always attempt to provide a replacement operative. If none is available, your payments for undelivered services will be refunded.

6. Service Provision, Coverage & Creative Control

6.1 Shot Lists

Shot lists serve as a guide only. We cannot guarantee capture of every item due to the unpredictable nature of weddings.

We will take into account the information, preferences, and additional notes you provide in the “Final Preparations” (including any “Final Section Details”) within your Dashboard; however, you acknowledge that circumstances can change and we cannot guarantee any specific request will be fulfilled. We will use reasonable/best efforts to follow your preferences where practicable.

6.2 Licensed Music (Videography Highlight Films)
Where your Plan includes wedding videography and/or highlight films, you acknowledge and agree that Zorella Weddings will use licence-safe / properly licensed music for editing and delivery. You understand that, due to licensing restrictions, we may be unable to use commercial or chart songs you request. This acknowledgement forms part of these Terms and does not require a separate tickbox or signature.

Where you provide “3–5 songs/artists you love the feel of” (or similar preferences), we will use reasonable/best efforts to match the tone and style using our library of licensed music; however, we cannot guarantee the use of any particular song, artist, or a closely similar track due to licensing availability and platform restrictions.

6.3 Creative & Artistic Discretion

Zorella maintains full creative control over all editing and post-production. Unless selected as an Add-On or expressly agreed in writing prior to the wedding, we do not provide:

  • Raw files

  • Unedited images or videos

  • Every photo taken on the day

  • Specific colour edits on request

Unless your Plan states a guaranteed number of edited images, none is promised.

6.4 Copyright & Usage License

Zorella retains full copyright and ownership of all media created.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal-use licence, which allows you to:

  • Download, store and view your images/videos;

  • Share them privately with friends and family;

  • Share them on personal social media accounts (non-commercial use only), provided our watermark (if any) is not removed and we are credited where reasonably possible.

You agree not to:

  • Sell, licence, or commercially exploit the images/videos;

  • Edit or alter the delivered images/videos in a way that misrepresents our work (including applying heavy filters, changing colours or cropping in a way that removes our creative intent), unless we have given our prior written consent.

Zorella may use images/videos and other content captured in connection with your wedding (including behind-the-scenes content captured by Zorella and/or Zorella Artists, including on phones and for social media) for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials, unless you opt out in writing.

If you do not wish any such content to be used for promotional purposes, you must notify us in writing via email no later than 60 days before your Wedding Date. Requests received after this deadline may not be possible to implement across all outputs already planned or created, but we will use reasonable efforts to comply where practicable, particularly where children or vulnerable individuals are involved.

6.5 Technical Failures

While professional equipment is used, technical failures can occur. Zorella is not liable for lost or corrupted files caused by equipment malfunction, media failure, or unforeseen circumstances, provided we have taken reasonable care in handling and backing up data.

6.6 Third-Party Images on Our Website

Some promotional images may be provided by other vendors. These do not represent our own work unless clearly stated.

6.7 Freelancer / Operative Status

Your photographer or videographer (“the Zorella Artist”) is an independent contractor, not an employee. They are responsible for their own equipment, safety, and insurance, subject to any minimum standards agreed with Zorella.

6.8 Delivery Timeline & Storage Policy

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Gallery or film delivery may vary depending on season, workload, and production circumstances.

We store final delivered files for 2 years after delivery. Raw files may be deleted at any time after the wedding. It is your responsibility to download and safely back up your delivered files.

6.9 Client Content Uploaded to the Dashboard

If you upload any content to the dashboard (for example, inspiration images, documents, guest lists or shot ideas), you confirm that:

  • You either own the content or have permission to use it;

  • The content is not illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful or otherwise inappropriate.

You grant Zorella a limited licence to use such content solely for the purpose of planning and delivering your wedding services.

You acknowledge that any information you provide in your Dashboard (and any updates or preferences submitted through “Update Details”) may be viewed by Zorella Weddings at any time and may be shared with, and viewed by, your assigned Zorella Artist and other individuals working with Zorella where reasonably necessary to plan, administer, and deliver your services.

Uploaded documents & confidentiality. Any documents or files you upload to the Dashboard will be processed and protected in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Such documents are treated as confidential to persons outside of Zorella Weddings; however, authorised persons working with Zorella (including your assigned Zorella Artist) may access them where required for legitimate service delivery, planning, safeguarding, operational, or administrative purposes.

6.10 Legal & Venue Restrictions

We must comply with all applicable laws, regulations and venue rules. This may affect:

  • Where we can position equipment;

  • Use of flash, lighting, or drones;

  • Access to certain parts of the venue.

We may refuse to carry out any request that would breach venue rules, health and safety requirements, or applicable law.

7. Client Responsibilities & Conduct

7.1 Information Accuracy

You must keep your details (addresses, timings, venues) up to date in your dashboard. Zorella is not responsible for missed coverage or arrival at incorrect locations due to inaccurate or incomplete information.

If the coverage duration selected in your Plan does not reasonably match the timings you provide (for example, where the time between your ceremony and first dance is longer than the booked coverage duration) and the Zorella Artist is required or reasonably expected to stay beyond the initial coverage, Zorella reserves the right to charge:

  • Overtime in accordance with Section 12; and/or

  • An additional reasonable fee to reflect the inconvenience, disruption to our schedule and any extra expenses incurred (such as extended travel, parking or accommodation).

Where we reasonably believe that timings or coverage requirements have been intentionally misrepresented in order to obtain additional coverage without paying the appropriate fee, we may treat this as a breach of these Terms.

7.2 Safe Environment

If the Zorella Artist feels unsafe, threatened, or experiences harassment, abuse, or discriminatory behaviour, they may leave immediately. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

7.3 Cooperation

Zorella is not liable for missed shots caused by:

  • Lateness

  • Uncooperative guests

  • Venue restrictions

  • Delays outside our control

  • Failure to follow our guidance

7.4 Venue Access

The Client is responsible for securing permission for photography/videography and for ensuring that all necessary permits are in place.

Zorella is not liable for:

  • Restricted room access

  • Prohibited areas

  • Venue rules limiting coverage

  • Lack of parking or loading access

  • Delays caused by venues or staff

7.5 Meals & Breaks

For bookings exceeding 5 hours, you must provide a hot meal and reasonable break time for the Zorella Artist. For bookings exceeding 10 hours (or where overtime/extended coverage is agreed), you must provide an extended break and/or more than one break period as reasonably required. We are not responsible for missed moments during break periods.

8. Artist Contact & Protection Clause

Zorella displays operative contact details in your dashboard only so you may discuss wedding-day logistics and build rapport. You may contact your assigned photographer/videographer for wedding-related discussion only. You may not:

  • Negotiate changes to your Plan

  • Arrange additional services

  • Discuss pricing or payment

  • Book them directly for future events

  • Hire or solicit them independently

  • Bypass Zorella for any service

For 24 months after your Wedding Date, the Client shall not directly hire or solicit the Zorella Artist outside this Agreement. Breaches may incur a reasonable fee representing lost business, not less than £500. All contractual communication must go through Zorella Weddings only.

9. Third-Party Vendors, Listings & Planning Tools

9.1 Vendor Information Accuracy

Our dashboard may display vendors for your convenience. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or suitability of any vendor. You must verify all third-party services yourself and enter into separate contracts directly with them.

9.2 Vendor Relationships

Some listings may include affiliate links, sponsored content, or paid placements. Zorella does not guarantee the quality of any external vendor and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties.

9.3 Planning Tools & Guidance

Any planning tools, checklists, tips, or guidance provided in the dashboard (including timelines, preparation advice or general wedding information) are for general information only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

You remain responsible for:

  • Booking registrars/celebrants and ensuring your ceremony is legally compliant;

  • Checking and understanding any contracts you sign with third parties;

  • Making final decisions about your wedding day schedule and arrangements.

10. Automated Emails, Notifications & Data Protection (GDPR)

10.1 Automated Emails & Notifications

By using the dashboard, saving your Plan, or entering your details, you consent to Zorella sending automated emails or reminders, including:

  • Booking confirmations

  • Payment reminders

  • Due-date notifications

  • Service updates

  • Preparation tips

  • Scheduling prompts

This may include system-logged interactions with dashboard features, help tools, and contact options for operational, support, and service improvement purposes.

These communications are required to deliver the service and are processed in compliance with UK GDPR. Zorella will not sell or share your data with third-party marketers.

10.2 Data Protection & Privacy Policy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. The Privacy Policy explains:

  • What data we collect;

  • How and why we use it (for example, to perform our contract with you, meet legal obligations, or pursue legitimate interests such as improving our services);

  • How long we keep your data;

  • Your rights under data protection law.

You can request deletion or restriction of your personal data, subject to any legal or accounting obligations requiring us to retain certain records.

11. Liability, Insurance & Indemnity

11.1 Limitation of Financial Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zorella’s total liability under or in connection with this Agreement is limited to the total amount you have paid to Zorella for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any:

  • Indirect or consequential loss;

  • Loss of enjoyment;

  • Loss of opportunity;

  • Loss of reputation;

  • Loss of profits.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability which cannot be excluded under English law.

11.2 Injury, Property Damage & Emergency Situations

Zorella is not liable for:

  • Injuries

  • Accidents

  • Property damage

  • Venue hazards

  • Third-party negligence

  • Actions of guests, staff, or vendors

  • Actions of the independent Zorella Artist outside reasonable conduct

This does not exclude liability that cannot be limited under English law.

11.3 Complaints & Service Issues

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service:

  • You should notify us in writing (email - team@zorella.co.uk) as soon as reasonably possible, and in any event within:

    • 14 days of the Wedding Date for on-the-day issues, or

    • 14 days of delivery of your gallery/film for quality concerns.

We will review your complaint, investigate where appropriate, and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Where services have not been performed with reasonable care and skill, we may offer re-editing, partial refund, or other proportionate remedies, in line with your statutory rights.

12. Standard / Overtime Charges

Unless your Plan or invoice states otherwise, multi-day wedding coverage is provided on the basis of up to 10 hours per day as standard. If you require coverage beyond 10 hours on any day, you must notify us as soon as reasonably possible so we can attempt to accommodate.

Where the request is made within 60 days of the Wedding Date (or relevant coverage day), we cannot guarantee availability for coverage beyond 10 hours, and any additional coverage remains subject to Zorella Artist availability and scheduling.

Any additional coverage beyond the agreed hours, including where extra time is required because the actual timings differ from those provided in your Plan (see Section 7.1), is charged at Zorella’s standard overtime rate (£120 per hour) unless otherwise stated in your Plan.

Overtime must be agreed on the day by the Client (verbally or in writing), and must be paid before final delivery of your gallery or film.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Both parties agree to attempt resolution through informal discussion and/or our complaints process (Section 11.3) before pursuing legal action.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement.

14. Travel, Accommodation & Expenses

14.1 Standard Travel

Unless otherwise stated in your Plan or invoice:

  • Travel within a reasonable radius of our base location is included in your fee;

  • Travel beyond this may incur additional charges (for example, per-mile costs, rail fares, taxis).

Any such charges will be clearly communicated in advance where reasonably possible.

14.2 Parking, Tolls & Congestion Charges

You are responsible for reimbursing any necessary parking fees, tolls, congestion charges or similar expenses incurred in attending your wedding. Where possible, we will use reasonably cost-effective options.

14.3 Accommodation

Where:

  • Your venue is a substantial distance from the Zorella Artist’s base, or

  • The schedule requires exceptionally early start and/or very late finish,

we may reasonably require overnight accommodation. Any such requirement and approximate cost will be discussed with you and agreed in advance, where reasonably practicable.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15.2 No Waiver

If we do not enforce any right under these Terms at a particular time, this does not prevent us from enforcing that right in the future.

15.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with your Plan, invoice, and any written variations agreed by both parties, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zorella Weddings and supersede any prior discussions, emails, or understandings relating to the services.

15.4 Assignment & Subcontracting

We may subcontract or assign some or all of our rights and obligations under this Agreement (for example, by appointing a different Zorella Artist), provided this does not materially reduce the level of service you receive.

You may not assign or transfer your rights under this Agreement without our prior written consent.

15.5 Third-Party Rights

Except as expressly stated in these Terms (for example, in relation to Zorella Artists), no person other than the parties to this Agreement shall have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this Agreement.
