How does the instant quote page work?
It generates a quick, accurate, firm quote based on your inputs, with any current promotions automatically applied. You’ll see your quote on your dashboard straight away.
What are your payment terms?
You pay a non-refundable retainer to secure your date. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before the wedding.
What if we need to reschedule or cancel?
Your full rescheduling and cancellation policy is set out in our Terms & Conditions. If anything changes, we’ll guide you through the next steps and support you through the process.
What is your contingency plan if something goes wrong?
Because you’re a collective, you have backup coverage options if an emergency ever happens. If Zorella can’t cover your date, your retainer is refunded (per your terms).
When will I find out who my photographer or videographer is?
Once you’re booked, we’ll email to confirm everything is secured. Your assigned Zorella creative’s name and details will appear in your dashboard within 60 days of your wedding date. Every booked couple also receives an optional pre-wedding consultation for complete peace of mind.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price shown in your dashboard is your final, all-inclusive total. We don’t add surprise charges - we keep pricing clear and transparent from day one.
